Kinshasa Aerial Panorama Capture

I’m sourcing a licensed drone operator in or near Kinshasa to record 1–3 high-altitude panoramas for a real-estate marketing package. I will provide exact GPS pins plus the target altitude for each vantage point; you simply fly, shoot, and deliver. Scope of work • Fly to each supplied coordinate, hold the stated altitude, and record a full 360° sweep with either a professional panoramic drone or a stabilized external 360° rig that keeps sharpness at height. • Produce stitched panoramas in 4K–8K (JPEG or TIFF) and include every raw frame. • Add a short flight log noting take-off time, altitude, and camera heading per shot. • Complete the shoot any day within the next two weeks, then turn around the files within 48 hours of landing. Essential requirements • Legal permission to operate UAVs in Kinshasa airspace; please confirm your certification. • Your own gear capable of high-resolution panoramas. • Ability to work on a fixed-price basis—quote your all-in figure up front. • I prefer to hire providers already based in Africa; please do not subcontract outside the region.
