Build a file sharing website with Drupal 9 -- 2

I need a file-sharing website similar to [login to view URL] built with Drupal 9, where a user is able to upload a video file and share it to others. The requirements are:
1. The uploader uploads a video and others can leave comments; he/she gets a share link to a node created for this upload.
2. The video's preview is automatically generated by taking 8x8 samples from 16 positions in the video; Such a preview is public;
3. To play or download the video, one needs to register and type a view code. The uploader can generate such a code but it's only usable by one viewer. So once the code is used, the video is "bound" to the user. The expected use-case is that the uploader shares a video link on social media such as Facebook, and anyone who wants to see it must reach out to the uploader by messaging him on Facebook.
4. The website provides a private-messaging chat function so a registered user can ask for the view code by sending PM on this file-sharing website.
5. The site-admin can configure a video to be code-free.
6. The video can be downloaded in its original format.
