Dynatrace GCP Monitoring Dashboard

I want to stand up a Dynatrace dashboard that keeps a close eye on IP address utilisation inside my GCP projects and, at the same time, surfaces key metrics from Compute Engine, Cloud Storage and BigQuery. The focus is to track how close we are to exhausting available IP addresses and make that instantly obvious through chart-based visuals. The charts must change colour (or otherwise call attention) at 70 %, 80 %, 90 % and 100 % so no one has to guess when capacity is getting tight. Each of those four thresholds should also fire an email alert so the right people can act before things break. If you believe gauges or heatmaps would add clarity I’m happy to discuss, but my primary preference is clean, at-a-glance charts.
