ebay developer needed

Help me figure out how to get started with eBay's API.

I just need to get permissions setup so I can make requests on behalf of myself (my eBay store) as well as a sandbox user I created.

I have experience using amazon's MWS API but need a hand with this.

You won't really need to write much code, I just need a little assistance.
