Word formatting for eBook - Potential for ongoing work

I have a number of Microsoft Word documents that I need formatted to be ready to upload to Amazon and Smashwords for eBook conversion. I am looking for someone who is very familiar with Word, knows how to create a table of contents in Word, is familiar with eBook formats and has a good attention to detail. I am looking for a good English communicator and I'd like to develop an ongoing business relationship with the right person. Cost effectiveness will be one of my key selection criteria.

I will provide the formatting requirements so it will be just a case of following some instructions.
