We are looking for an experienced Amazon KDP / Kindle Unlimited account manager to handle multiple author accounts on an ongoing basis. Your main tasks will be: managing existing KDP profiles (ebooks and possibly paperbacks), uploading and publishing new titles, setting up all metadata (title, subtitle, description, keywords, categories), and monitoring performance (sales, KU pages, rankings) to continuously optimize the listings. You must already have proven experience with Amazon KDP and ideally Kindle Unlimited/Select, be able to manage several author accounts in parallel in a structured way, and be familiar with the entire publishing workflow from manuscript upload to updates of existing books. We publish in multiple languages and markets, so excellent English is required and additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch) are a big plus. The use of AI tools for translation, keyword research, market analysis, and automation is allowed as long as all KDP policies are strictly followed. Payment will be made per published book; please propose your price per ebook and optionally different tiers (basic upload only, upload plus metadata optimization, and any extra services such as keyword research, description copywriting, A+ content, or simple Amazon Ads setup). We are looking for a long‑term collaboration with someone reliable who can handle a continuous flow of new titles each month. FYI: Price per hour = price per book publish

Hi, I’ve reviewed your project and understand you’re looking for an experienced Amazon KDP / Kindle Unlimited account manager to handle multiple author accounts, publish ebooks/paperbacks, and optimize metadata across several languages and markets. I can manage the full KDP workflow from manuscript upload, title/subtitle setup, descriptions, keywords, categories, and Kindle Select/KU settings through to post-publishing checks on sales, KU pages, rankings, and listing improvements. For an ongoing monthly flow, I’d keep each author account organized with clear tracking, version control, and compliance checks so AI-assisted research or translation support never risks KDP policy issues. I can also structure pricing per book by tier: basic upload, upload plus metadata optimization, and add-ons such as keyword research, description copywriting, A+ content support, or simple Amazon Ads setup. How many titles per month do you expect to publish, and which languages/markets should be prioritized first? If the process fits, I can start with one title as a controlled test and then scale into a reliable publishing workflow. Best regards, Atik

Being on KDP isn’t just “uploading books” it’s managing a system where small decisions quietly decide whether a title sinks or keeps selling month after month. I say that as someone who actively works within KDP/KU, not just from the outside. When you’re running multiple author accounts, the real challenge isn’t the publishing workflow it’s keeping everything consistent, optimized, and compliant while still pushing for performance. One wrong category, weak keyword set, or flat description… and a book just sits there. That’s the layer I focus on. If I were managing your accounts, I’d treat each title like a product that needs to earn its place: – metadata that’s built around how readers actually search, not just filled in – descriptions that feel like they belong on Amazon (conversion-focused, not generic) – category + keyword positioning that gives each book a real chance to rank – structured handling of multiple accounts so nothing overlaps or risks compliance issues And beyond publishing: – tracking what’s actually moving (sales, KU reads, rankings) – refining underperforming listings instead of just moving on – keeping everything aligned with KDP policies while still leveraging AI tools where it makes sense Because the difference between “uploaded” and “performing” on KDP is subtle, but it’s where all the money is. Let’s start with one book. Share the manuscript or niche, and I’ll handle the setup strategy from there.
