We're hiring a client support agent to service our B2B E-Commerce clients.
- responding to tickets through ZenDesk
- Engaging with visitors as a Chat Support Agent
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting clients with their membership and order needs.
- Contributing to help center articles.
- Excellent command of written and verbal US-style English
- Availability to work 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CDT
- Proficiency in Zendesk
- Excellent customer service skills
- Independents only, no agencies.
- Prior Shopify or Magento experience a plus!
To qualify you must be willing to take a 30 minute assessment. Once hired you will have on-the-job training and be enrolled in an 8 week training program.
