We need a Customer Service Assistant for our e-commerce business. Fluency in English is a must.
We are looking for a young, smart, thorough and reliable person with strong organizational skills and a university master's degree who is Tech savvy and with determination to achieve.
This person must work in Asia timezone (UTC +9). Must be available min 3-4 hours per day.
The initial main tasks are:
- Place orders with system online (Shopify and Dropified)
- Customer Service: Communicating by E-mails and Facebook, manage request for replacement and refunds
- Customize description on e-commerce platform - Shopify (HTML knowledge required)
- Manage E-commerce platform (Shopify)
- Maintain of Social Media and moderate comments (FB and Instagram)
- Write product description
- Communicate with suppliers (via Wechat - Chinese speaking is a plus)
- Other assisting tasks will be added as the work progresses
More responsibilities and managerial tasks will be asked as we observe the skills of the applicants.
- Must be internet and tech savvy
- Must have a Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Marketing...)
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience
- Must have excellent writing skills in English and grammar
- Must have good command of Microsoft office (word and excel), Gmail
- Must have fast internet connection
- Must be thorough and pay attention to details
- Must have great organizational skills
- Must have experience with Shopify and Dropified
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Speak Chinese
- Knowledge in image or video editing is a plus
- Knowledge of shopify, dropified and aliexpress is a plus
- Good copywriting skills and marketing experience
- Photoshop or Illustrator skills
- Experience in project management
- Must be willing to achieve, eager to learn and proactive
- Must be able to take initiative
- Be Trustworthy
Work will be spread from Monday to Saturday, a few hours per day. We will start with a work on hourly basis. If the applicant is proven to be good, we will hire full-time.
