Education Counsellor Job Description Company: Bharat Vidyarthi Role: Education Counsellor Location: (Chennai / Remote – update as needed) Job Overview Bharat Vidyarthi is seeking passionate and student-focused Education Counsellors to guide students and parents in choosing the right academic path and assist them through the admission process. Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents about courses, colleges, and career options Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and walk-ins Guide students through the admission and enrollment process Follow up with leads and ensure conversions Maintain accurate student data and update CRM systems Build trust and long-term relationships with students Requirements Excellent communication skills (English + Telugu/Hindi/Tamil preferred) Graduation in any field (Education background is a plus) Strong counseling and convincing skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Prior experience in education counseling/sales preferred Skills Strong interpersonal & communication skills Active listening and problem-solving ability Empathy and patience Sales and negotiation skills Target-oriented mindset Training provided Working Hours 6 days a week Day shift (preferred) 9884702223 / 9566198591 [login to view URL]
