Create SCORM content for Moodle using ADOBE Captivate - I provide PowerPoint and Quiz

I have a short demo powerpoint presentations with voice over and would like to have quizzes added after each slide using ADOBE Captivate. Then they should be converted to a SCORM compliant course that I can upload to Moodle. I need someone with experiences to create SCORM courses by combining powerpoint a quizzes.
This project is to create a demo SCORM course based on the powerpoint (few slides) and questions for a quiz after each slide that I provide. If it works well, I will hire the person for long term.
As I said, this project is a demo work, which should not require more than half an hour for someone with proper experience. I provide a ppt and few questions, you create a SCORM course. I pay $30 for your demo work and you get hired if this demo work goes well. Please provide sample work, either by a link or as an attachment.
