Convert Breadboard to Schematic and Gerber Files

I have a picture of a simple magnetic circuitry laid out on a prototyping board. All components are: Magnetic Reed Switch, Resistor, LED, Battery, Battery Holder. I need that breadboard that I have tested and working, turned into a Schematic, and then translated into Gerber files. The goal is for me to receive the files of both the schematic and gerber files produced from professional software, and be able to place an order for a printed circuit board. I can solder the parts on myself. Based on the simplicity of the 5 components, I don't believe this is a very big project for somebody in the field. The one major consideration is size. The entire PCB needs to ultimately be no larger than a quarter. It could be the size of a quarter but in the shape of a square. I will send specific sizes of the exact components I will be using, but I will update that after the job is accepted.
