Drawing Review & QAP Setup

I need a technically minded collaborator who can look at both my electrical and mechanical drawings with a critical eye, confirm every dimension, cross-check material call-outs, and verify that each design line meets the relevant standards. Once the review is complete, I also expect a Quality Assurance Plan generated in our established Microsoft Excel format so the production team can follow it step-by-step. Here’s how I see the flow: you receive the latest PDF or DWG set, run through dimensional accuracy, confirm material specifications, flag any non-conformities against the cited standards, then record your findings directly on the drawing or in a concise comment sheet. After that, you build out the QAP in Excel using the template I provide—populating inspection points, acceptance criteria, responsible parties, and any hold or witness points we agree on. Deliverables • Marked-up drawing files (electrical and mechanical) showing every issue or confirmation • Completed Excel-based QAP, ready for client sign-off • A short summary sheet listing any critical non-conformities or open questions Acceptance criteria • All dimensions, materials, and standards checks are documented. • QAP follows my template exactly and is internally consistent. • Turnaround within the mutually agreed timeline.
