I need a full KiCad project that routes 32 electromechanical relays from two 48-pin board-to-board sockets. Those sockets will carry 3.2 V logic coming from an existing control card, so accurate pin mapping is essential. Alongside the relay outputs, the board also has 12 dedicated input lines that must land on a plug-in terminal block; please position and label that connector cleanly for field wiring. Because the relays will be switching inductive loads, I want solid safety engineering built in: over-current protection on the supply rails, generous copper for heat dissipation around the relay coils and drivers, and clearances/insulation barriers that meet standard IPC recommendations. Before sign-off I need to see a simulation—SPICE inside KiCad is fine—that confirms coil drive, fly-back suppression, and temperature rise stay within limits.
