SIL3 rated safety PLC using safety CFC F systems blocks. Please quote to build the following as examples for us.
For example coding, Use Siemens S7-412 H Safety PLC with cpu redundancy, latest version of Step7 Pro safety F version. Use F FB, U-FB library for Step7. I/O is connected via redundant profibus.
Start with 1 DI, DO, AI & AO points and Each of these I/O exists on safe & non-safe I/O modules.
Show examples of the same I/O types with voting for 2 & 3 I/O signals for each also.
Build PLC logic module(s) using a mix of the 8 I/O & doing simple and/or logic, timer, math operations for each permutations of I/O examples.
Also show the logic starting from the real I/O modules via logic using safe blocks of Siemens to the real outputs in each of above examples.
Show interaction of safe PLC logic with non safe logic for in & outs in the above examples also.
Assume SIL3 compliant HW & Software for SIL2 & SIL3 compliant examples.
Help with validation of the logic with some independent agency or authority also.
Include 4 hours of training for us. Provide detailed documentation with full source
code of work using native Step7 instruction set. All of this will be work for hire.
Please add handling of data communications with the safe logic blocks from outside world (like HMI, external smart devices) via TCP port of the PLC. e.g. start/stop, set value commands, reading of data etc. The validation requirement is only desirable, not required. Please specify approx. hours to do the work (if bidding hourly) & also the timeline of delivery for full system. Specify delivery timeline of first 2 example blocks, as we need to start integrating them into our system.
