I already have step-by-step build notes for a tactile glove and the preliminary PCB design files. What I now need is practical help getting that board fabricated through PCBWay. Your job is to take my PCB files, carry out any touch-ups they still require—basic DRC fixes, panelisation or drill map tweaks—then upload the finished Gerbers and BOM to PCBWay, configure the order and place it. The glove relies solely on sensors, with pressure sensors and flex sensors called out in the documentation, so please double-check that the footprints and connector pinouts for those parts remain intact throughout your edits. Deliverables I expect: • Cleaned, production-ready Gerber, drill and pick-and-place files • Updated BOM highlighting the pressure and flex sensors used • Screenshots or PDFs of the PCBWay order settings you applied • Final order confirmation number and tracking link once the board is in fabrication If you spot anything in the design that could jeopardise assembly—trace widths, clearances, mounting hole alignment—flag it before submitting the order so we can decide together. I’ll provide the original KiCad project plus the glove assembly guide as soon as we start.

Hi there, I’ve carefully read your project description, and I can help you take your existing KiCad PCB files through the final cleanup stage and prepare everything properly for PCBWay fabrication. Since you already have the build notes and preliminary design files, I can move quickly on the remaining work: DRC touch-ups, panelization or drill adjustments if needed, BOM review, and fabrication package preparation while making sure the pressure sensor and flex sensor footprints and connector pinouts remain fully intact. My approach is practical and detail-focused: I check the board for fabrication risks before submission, preserve critical sensor interfaces, and make sure the final files are clean and ready for manufacturing. I can also document the selected PCBWay settings clearly so the process stays transparent and easy to track. I’m confident I can help you finish this quickly and reliably. Feel free to send me a message and I can review the files right away. Best regards, Samuel Tshibangu

Hello, I can handle your tactile glove PCB fabrication process end-to-end with precision. I will review your KiCad files and perform complete DRC/ERC checks to eliminate any design violations. All pressure and flex sensor footprints and connector pinouts will be carefully verified and preserved. I will optimize trace widths, clearances, vias, and drill settings for reliable manufacturing. Panelization and drill map adjustments will be applied as per PCBWay standards. Production-ready Gerber, drill, and pick-and-place files will be generated. An updated BOM will be delivered with clear identification of all sensor components. I will upload and configure the order on PCBWay with correct stackup and fabrication settings. Any potential assembly or fabrication risks will be reported before placing the order. Order configuration screenshots/PDF will be shared for transparency. Final confirmation number and tracking link will be provided after submission. Regards, Engineer Muhammad Usman

Hi, there You're facing delays from ambiguous Gerber readiness and risking assembly issues on the tactile glove PCB. I have spent the last 4 years solving exactly this type of problem and will deliver a production-ready fabrication package for PCBWay. I will perform targeted touch-ups: DRC cleanup, panelisation, drill-map tweaks, and careful footprint checks for pressure and flex sensors to preserve pinouts and connectors. Then I will upload clean Gerbers, updated BOM, and organize the PCBWay order with clear settings, including factory panels and fiducials as needed. I will flag any trace/clearance issues before submission and propose fixes in collaboration with you. ✅Scope of work - Review KiCad project and glove assembly notes - Apply DRC fixes, panelisation, drill-map tweaks while preserving sensor footprints - Generate production-ready Gerber, drill, and pick-and-place files - Update BOM highlighting pressure and flex sensors - Upload to PCBWay, configure order, and place submission - Provide order screenshots and final tracking details ✅Deliverables - Clean Gerber set, drill file, and pick-and-place files - Updated BOM highlighting sensors - PCBWay order settings screenshots/PDFs - Final PCBWay order number and tracking link I can start immediately. Best regards, Christopher

You already have the KiCad files and build notes, so the key need now is careful production prep and a safe handoff to PCBWay without breaking sensor footprints or pin mappings. I understand the goal is to get the board fabrication-ready, verify anything risky before ordering, and make the submission process smooth. #step1 i will review the KiCad project, run DRC, and check footprints, connector pinouts, drill files, and clearances with extra attention on the pressure and flex sensor paths #step2 I will fix any small manufacturability issues such as silkscreen overlap, drill map inconsistencies, panelization needs, or pick-and-place cleanup #step3 I will generate clean Gerbers, drill, CPL, and updated BOM files, clearly marking the pressure and flex sensor components #step4 I will prepare the PCBWay order settings, share any risk items like trace width or hole alignment before submission, and apply the final agreed config #step5 i will complete the PCBWay submission and provide screenshots, order details, and fabrication tracking information Happy to help get this board into production cleanly and safely. Best regards, Renaldo
