This is for those with knowledge of radio and communications systems out there : I would like to build a small board for use with radio communications that would provide a small 3 channel mixer to allow using a condenser microphone with XLR connector. This will require a 48 vdc phantom supply with switchable on/offI would like to use the Signetics NE570 compandor to give me good compression - as in a broadcast station. I would like to have an LED VU display - LM3915 or equivelent, to be able to calibrate to avoid overrmodulation. There will be four inputs: condenser, dynamic/headset, OEM microphone. There should be two outputs - USB interface for audio out using CM??? USB-Audio IC. All powered from 12 vdc wall wart.
