Deliverable schematic,parts list for project.
Optional, Printed circuit layout. Optional Construction.
Circuit powered by 12v.
Input signal 3 to 12v.
Output, supply 12 volt power pulse to Resistive or inductive load
(As in fuel injector or spark coil)
Parts should be able to provide 10 amps to load.
Design should protect switching device from high voltage transient reverse bias voltage from inductive load.
Need variable width pulse, controlled by potentiometer, 0 seconds (no pulse) to 40ms. (t-off in timing diagram)
Need variable delay from trigger to start of pulse. (t-on in timing diagram)
Prefer digital delay, 0 to approx 10000 microseconds. (10 ms)
Potentiometer adjust acceptable if extremely stable and repeatable.
Will use two copies of same circuit, triggered from same pulse to control fuel injector and spark.
(Not automotive timing) Must be possible to set begin and end of each pulse
relative to each other.
Ideally digital timing for initial delay and pulse width, adjusted by voltage set by potentiometer
for initial delay and another potentiometer for pulse width.
Other controls acceptable, but must be field adjustable manually.
Once set, the two pulses must always begin in the same order, and
at the same times.
If "off the shelf" circuit is available, I'm happy to pay for that knowledge
as I am for the design.
I would expect this is a few hours to draw up schematic and parts list
for someone with the skill set required.
