I need an alarm annunciator panel for monitoring alarms from 20 machines during the process. This panel should use classic relays, push buttons, and a horn. Key Requirements: - panel to indicate alarm from 20 machines - each machine remotely have alarm relay NO during normal operation , closed if alarm raised - if machine raised alarm , light will go on and horn will be activated - each machine has single relay on the panel - horn has only one relay on the panel - if machine alarm cleared the light and the horn will keep latching - if operator press ACK pushbutton the horn will stop and light alarm of the relevant machine will keep on. - if ACK was pressed and other machine alarm activated the horn will go on again - if operator press RESET pushbutton while machine alarm persists the light will not clear - test pushbutton required to check the health of all lights and horn relays - no need for official schematic , can provide solution on any simulation software , prefer SIMURELAY free software - all push buttons are no latching type - all circuit running on 24VDC Ideal Skills: - Experience in industrial automation and control systems - Proficient in using relays and push buttons - Understanding of process monitoring systems Please provide a comprehensive plan on how you would tackle this project.
