I am creating a simple touch sensor for a drawer that I will be showing my students. I have at my disposal these tools.
1) Microcontroller board ([login to view URL])
2) TP4056 lipo charger
3) 2000 mAH lipo battery
4) Pair of PWM servos ([login to view URL])
What I want to do is use the built in touch sensor pins of the microcontroller board to control the servo. The microcontoller has three pins can that can be used as hardware capacitive touch sensors with no additional components required as noted here ([login to view URL]) When the pin or wire attached to the pin is touched, the servo moves a configurable number of degrees in one direction. When the pin is no longer being touched, it returns to the home position. If the sensor is tapped twice in succession, the servo moves the same configurable number of degrees but stays in that position until touched again.
I basically have the materials already, I just need the Arduino code (preferred) code. But can also use the CircuitPython so long as you tell me what program to use. I will also send you the microcontroller if you will need it. I am hoping that you already have the other materials or some version. But will be happy to send you those as well.
