Custom counting device (hardware)

I need a team who can build a custom electronic counting device for me. The device is fairly simple in terms of electronics and you would need to have plastic moulding experience in order to manufacture the containers for assembly. Please share your prior related experience along with your bid.

I have detailed diagrams and an actual sample as well. I can share pictures/videos of the sample with the right candidates.
