I am needing assistance designing a circuit board or component that can do the following. 1. Record a 3-4 second sound such as a Clap, Doorbell or Dog Bark. 2. Once the device hears that sound, I need it to send a IRF signal to a device within a 20 foot radius. 3. I need to be able to set the IRF signal to a particular output signal much like you would program a universal remote. Other words the device that is receiving the IRF signal already has a remote I am just substituting the remote for this module. Thank you for your consideration.
