I need a constant current circuit designed using P-channel Mosfet. The constant current circuit will be controlled by a schmidt trigger negative PWM Signal. This means that the PWM logic comes from a negative switch. I have found several circuits on the internet but they all use N-channel mosfet and they also don't include the PWM input control. I will also like to have the calculations or simulation for the circuit Power rating for the mosfet and resistors. I think i have figured out how to do it in my example "PNP Example".
