I need 40 sensitive magnetic field detectors for scientific research. The sensors I needed were created by Professor Gang Xiao at Brown University in Rhode Island, USA. He created the worlds most sensitive magnetic field detectors and the cheapest. Without these sensors I cannot approve of the project. All 40 sensors must be connected with a 2 inch field and be able to plug into a wall socket OR a rechargeable battery pack. Requirements: - Measure as low as possible magnetic fields - Fixed/stationary form factor Ideal Skills & Experience: - Electronics design and assembly - Experience with magnetic field sensors - Ability to produce in bulk

Hi, Your requirement for a high-sensitivity magnetic field detection system (40 units) is achievable, but it requires a carefully engineered sensing chain, not just sourcing a specific lab-developed sensor. I have experience designing low-noise measurement systems and sensor arrays, and I can deliver a practical, scalable solution suitable for scientific use. My approach: 1. Sensor Strategy Instead of relying on non-commercial research devices, I will select the most suitable technology: • TMR / GMR sensors for compact, cost-effective designs • Fluxgate sensors if ultra-high sensitivity (down to pT range) is required The final choice will be based on your target sensitivity and budget. 2. Precision Signal Chain • Low-noise analog front-end (critical for sensitivity) • High-resolution ADC (16–24 bit) • Careful grounding, shielding, and filtering to minimize noise 3. Modular 40-Sensor System • Compact, fixed sensor modules (2-inch spacing/coverage configurable) • Scalable architecture for synchronized data acquisition • Central interface for data collection and monitoring 4. Power & Integration • Dual power option: wall adapter or rechargeable battery pack • Stable, low-noise power regulation for measurement integrity Deliverables: • Complete schematic + PCB design for sensor module • BOM with readily available components • Assembly and wiring documentation • Prototype support and testing guidance Best regards,

Hi, We are fully equipped to take this on and deliver these 40 high-sensitivity magnetic field detectors according to your research specifications. The primary technical challenge with Professor Gang Xiao’s design is usually managing the signal-to-noise ratio when integrating multiple units into a consolidated 2-inch field while maintaining the extreme sensitivity he pioneered. Are you looking for the data output to be handled via a localized digital display on the unit or do you require a USB interface for real-time logging on a computer while powered by the battery pack? Our team recently developed a multi-sensor array for a physics laboratory that required micro-Tesla precision and we handled the PCB layout and shielding to prevent interference between closely packed sensors. We built a custom power management circuit that automatically switched between AC wall power and DC battery reserves without interrupting the data stream then calibrated the assembly to detect minute fluctuations in the ambient field. This approach provided the researchers with stable and reliable readings for their stationary experiments and simplified their entire data collection workflow. We are eager to discuss the project further. Reach out to initiate a conversation! Best regards, Quantum Code Solutions.

Hi there, I noticed you need 40 sensitive magnetic field detectors based on Professor Gang Xiao's design at Brown University, connected with a 2 inch field, plugging into a wall socket or rechargeable battery pack, fixed stationary form factor, measuring as low as possible magnetic fields. I have experience in electronics design and assembly for scientific instruments, including a recent project where I produced 25 custom magnetic field sensors for a research lab. However, I do not have direct access to Professor Xiao's proprietary sensor design. To move forward, I would need either the sensor specifications or a collaboration with the professor to license or replicate the design. If you can provide the sensor schematics or work with Professor Xiao to supply the sensors, I can handle the assembly, power integration, and bulk production. Please advise on sensor availability. Best regards, Mobasher Reza
