Hi, this is very simple product but has to be designed in such a way that it ensures safety for pool users. My price is little extended because of two reasons. First, I am planning to design this product in more efficient way so that if the product is malfunctioning, it never ever take the water temp to anything higher than specified limit. Also just one temp sensor might not be suitable for the pool if the pool is big enough. Multi spot temp sensing and intelligent algorithm will make it better solution for larger pool. That involves more work at the firmware development side. Secondly, my assistance will be till you test the product at your end. If allowed I will test the complete prototype at my end so that when I am satisfied, I will ask you to go for production. Also, Industrial 4-20mA temp sensing would be better choice here as in that case mounting the sensors distributed along the pool needs longer cabling and simple NTC probes will not be good here in terms of picking up the EMI and wrong reading of the water temp. I have been designing industrial products since long time and I know how to do this thing right. If your budget is flexible then please discuss to know more about the plan and delivery schedules.
