NMEA 0183 Multiplexer Development on STM32 -- 2

I'm in need of a seasoned developer to create a comprehensive solution for a NMEA 0183 multiplexer based on an STM32 microcontroller, preferably the STM32F411. The project encompasses the full development lifecycle, which includes: - Circuit Design: You will be responsible for creating a complete schematic and a list of components for the circuit. - RS-422 Transceiver Selection: You will select appropriate RS-422 transceivers, such as the SN75176. - Firmware Development: The firmware needs to be developed in C, utilizing STM32CubeIDE or a similar platform.
