Pwm temperature controller

Hello Boys and Girls ! I need a temperature controller that uses pwm to keep a temperature at set point, it can for example b used to control a 220v heater or circulating pump. it needs to have a Pot for Temperature setpoint, a Pot for lowest output setpoint Pot for highest power output and a kty81 sensor input, it shall work directly from 220v ac and have a triac for 4kw load. The kty81 sensor is isolated and can have mains connected so no optocouplers or galvanic isolation is needed . One simple way to do this project would be to use a simple chinese 4kw triac controller and add components like sensor and pots to it. It is very important that i get a cheap device in hand when project is finished, no expensive shit, cheap and simple.
