I need a kind of a video player controlled by "buttons" (high/low state on particular pin - on raspberry. I will be using relays controlled by arduino to trigger those pins).
Player needs to play several movies (from memory card/USB stick/any other storage) in such a way:
- after powering up it starts playing first movie automatically
- then after any button is pressed, it starts playing corresponding movie.
Let's say I got 10 movies, called: mov000 - mov009.
After turning on, mov000 starts. If button1 is pressed - mov000 stops and mov001 starts playing, if button2 is pressed - mov001 stops and mov002 starts playing, etc.
Important thing is that I need to have it without any 'freezing' or black screen when switching movies.
So, something like this (from 2:00):

would not be acceptable (meaning this little pause in between movies).
Movies can be in any format needed and don't need to be in 1080p, 720p will be enough. So I think bitrate would be around 3Mb/s at most, but probably even around 1.5Mb/s will be satisfying.
Little delay when starting a next movie after receiving a signal (pressing a button) is ok, as long as the
previous movie keeps on playing during this delay.
