I need a circuit board made (project board not PCB), 24Vac going to x2 metal probes (different lengths).
Live should go through a separate Opto to each probe (the third and longest probe is neutral)... this is a water level sensor - hence the 3 different lengths.
When a circuit is made once water bridges a live probe and neutral I want the associated opto to close and allow a 5Vdc output.
I need x2 circuits with opto and separate 5Vdc output... one for "Water Level Low" and one for "Water Level High".
I have the 24Vac and 5Vdc power supplies, so I just require the board (with components attached) made with facility to attach connecting wires... preferably screw-in terminal blocks of some sort and a diagram of what wires go where (I.E. +5Vdc from ps attaches here, 0Vdc goes here, +24Vac to sensor goes here etc)
Physical dimensions are not so important as I will mount inside a box, outside of the equipment this is for... but as small as is comfortable to work with/make is my preference.
FYI. The 5Vdc output from each opto will feed into a A/D board on a larger 24 relay board i am controlling with VB. I can access the state of the A/D board channels from VB, so my logic can recognise the various water-level states to start/stop heating/recirculation and input water solenoid... so I only require an ON/OFF state... the opto is to isolate my +5Vdc ONLY a/d board from the 24Vac.
