We are building an atomiser machine for specialist oils.
We have pre-built our own PCB for another project which we plan to reuse, consisting of an ARM STM32 processor with pinouts.
We require software to be written for this processor, preferably editable by ourselves using Atollic TrueStudio studio if necessary.
The requirements of the project are simple - to control up to 6 x 12v DC mini air pumps, on a # seconds on and # seconds off basis, based on;
External inputs of occupancy and presence of external airflow
Programmed input via connected joystick and screen which are room size and fragrance selection.
Logging of data onto an SD card is required in the program.
External input to boost fragrance or lower intensity is also required
Inputs of oil level in bottle also required, preferably via IR sensor.
Outputs to screen - pump running hours, fragrance level bar graph, password screen for engineer access, alarms.
Optional extras include:
1. Adding pinouts and readings from the Bosch BME280 sensor to determine air quality.
2. Sending an email when fragrance is running out
3. PWM speed control of air pumps
4. Sending data to webpage
5. Ability to communicate with Crestron processors using ModBus, BACNet or JSON protocols.
