I need a test fixture created. Right now, it will be built as a solid 3D plastic part.
The test fixture will contain a small PCB with a PCIe connector. The test fixture will have a opening on one end with a card guide which will allow one of our cards to be slid into the test fixture and connect to the text fixture's small PCB using the PCIe connector. When in place, the card can be tested. The top and bottom of the test fixture will be open so our engineers can access the top and bottom of the card being tested.
Total size of test fixture will be about 4.0 inches X 7.0 inches X 1.5 inches.

The card will slide into the test fixture using card guides that you will design into the test fixture so that the card will connect with the PCIe connector perfectly.
On the back of the test fixture PCB, there will be a power connector, a RS232 DB-9 connector, and a HDMI connector.

I cannot find the drawing for the HDMI straight through connector. It is a Shareway SWT52R019A connector. For the purposes of this design, you can probably use any common HDMI connector to accomplish our design goal.
As deliverable, I need you to provide me the 3D design for the test fixture in Solidworks and STEP file formats. Additionally, I need you to provide me a 2D PCB layout drawing showing me the locations of each of the connector locations.
