WhatsApp Lead-Capture Popup Form

I need a small, well-designed popup added to [login to view URL] that appears when a visitor taps our WhatsApp call-to-action. The goal is to collect leads before the chat opens, so the form must ask for:
 • Name
 • Phone number
 • Email address
 • A mandatory checkbox in which the visitor authorises data collection and use Once the form is submitted, two things should happen seamlessly: 1. The details are stored in our CRM (script info is the same as main form). 2. The user is redirected into the WhatsApp chat with a pre-filled greeting that includes their name. Please include a visible link to our Privacy Policy just beneath the authorisation checkbox to ensure compliance. The popup has to: – Match the current Highpark94 design (fonts, colours, responsive behaviour) – Load quickly and work on mobile first – Be built with a reliable WordPress solution (As done in [login to view URL]) – Pass testing on Chrome, Safari, and Android/iOS browsers
