Yahoo Email Inactivity Verifier

Hello. I need a way of checking if yahoo AND AOL emails are inactive, because even tho I check emails via email verifiers and the emails are 'Valid' they still bounce, since the problem is that yahoo and aol closes down inactive emails which still count as valid, but bounce.
I have big lists of yahoo and aol emails, so I need a way to verify if they are inactive or not. WHEN SENT TO INACTIVE EMAIL IT BOUNCES.
BASICALLY I NEED A FILTER SYSTEM THAT CHECKS IF THESE YAHOO OR AOL EMAILS ARE INACTIVE.
