I am scaling several cold-outreach campaigns and need every new Gmail mailbox to hit the inbox from day one. Instantly is the current warm-up platform, though the workflow should stay compatible with alternatives such as Smartlead or MailReach should we switch later on. Here is the scope of work I need carried out: • Configure fresh domains, sub-domains and sender mailboxes, then align SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and a custom tracking domain for each. • Build and run a progressive 30-day warm-up schedule inside Instantly for every new address. • Monitor sender reputation, bounce rate, spam complaints and live inbox placement; step in immediately when any metric drifts. • Troubleshoot deliverability issues, document the fix and adjust the warm-up plan so the problem does not reappear. • Maintain an up-to-date spreadsheet mapping every domain, mailbox and its warm-up status. • Generate a concise report every week that highlights key deliverability KPIs and your next-step recommendations. • Set up A/B tests on subject lines, copy and sending cadence once baseline performance is stable. • Keep every action fully compliant with GDPR, CAN-SPAM and other applicable regulations. Acceptance criteria 1. ≥90 % inbox placement on G-Suite seed tests after warm-up completion. 2. Bounce rate below 3 % and spam-complaint rate under 0.1 %. 3. Complete documentation (Google Sheets + Loom walkthrough) delivered before the first weekly report. 4. Consistent weekly reporting, starting seven days after kickoff. With these pieces in place, my outreach engine can grow quickly without sacrificing sender reputation or inbox placement.
