We are going through a phase of our company where we're trying to build out a consistent team of people who know exactly what to do when you do it how to do it.
We want to leverage your experience to build up a standard operating procedure and process that allows us to give our full-time employees the opportunity to do the job right correctly.
Maybe you have your own business and you would allow us to get your standard operating procedures, maybe you've never owned the company but you've worked in a manager role and you know exactly how to do each other responsibilities and would be able to make a checklist with details to teach others how to do it. Possibly you are even a consultant and this is exactly what you do for a living or maybe an agency owner.
Maybe you're just a really good technical writer and you will be able to follow instructions and convey them with the utmost clarity for others to read and to understand.

Brief Qualifications We Expect:
High level of experience preferably someone who has built teams or who has run teams maybe even a person who was a manager or executive/systems operator
Experience in startups would be preferred but not necessary as this is a newer company
Must be able to bring experience from past places of employment to build the standard operating procedures for this company
The job is to develop the standard operating procedures for this business 1-6+ Months
Salary will be based on experience
