"500-1000 sends a day will hit Google Workspace's own ceiling before YAMM's. A paid Workspace account is capped at 2,000 external recipients per day, and YAMM's quota depends on your plan tier. So the first thing I check is which Workspace edition you're on and whether your target volume is actually reachable, or whether we split across sending users. Better you hear that now than on day one. How I'd set it up: 1. Confirm your Workspace edition and real sending quota against your 500-1000/day target, attachments included. 2. Connect YAMM, build the merge template with your attachment logic, and structure the sheet so you can run it daily yourself. 3. Verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domain. Mail merge from Workspace still fails authentication if the records are wrong, and attachments raise spam scores - this decides whether 1,000 messages land or bounce. 4. Live test batch to Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo, and I send you the headers showing spf=pass, dkim=pass, dmarc=pass. 5. Short handover doc: running the daily send, reading the YAMM report, what to do if one stalls. One question so I can size it: which Workspace plan are you on - Starter, Standard or Plus - and are the 500-1000 recipients a fresh list each day or the same audience?
