I am an author and speaker. I am gearing up to gain more subscribers. I have never really had my head around what is going on in Mailchimp to the extent that is needed. I need to know that those who subscribe to my newsletter actually begin to receive my emails in an orderly fashion. When people unsubscribe and leave a note as to why (receiving duplicates, etc.) those need to be handled rather than float off into oblivion without any response because I never received their Mailchimp 'fill in the blank' messages. I want to start a drip sequence for new subscribers. I want to begin to put first names in the emails where it's possible to do so, I want to target different groups of my audience. Etc. etc. I need to know stats without trying to decipher them. I need to know what's working and what's not. I don't want to see every unsubscribe if I don't want to but I need to be able to know what's happening if it will help me toward my goals. I need to clean up the mess of unsubscribes, hard bounces etc. I need someone who has a complete grasp of Mailchimp and can easily help me get it organized, streamlined and efficient=working for me as it should.
