Affiliate Recruiter needed for website

I'm currently looking for someone who can recruit affiliates for 1 business related websites. This website sells an online tool for businesses to build forecasting financial models. I would like to recruit 500 real affiliates, email verified, different IP address, US or Canadian based for my site. Please bid on 500 affiliates and break it down for me in a Private Message on how you plan to carry this out. I'm also open to any other arrangements that accomplish my goal. For example, if you can only recruit 50 affiliates, then mention that to me in a PM, so I can hire several people, etc.
