We need a board that "translate" signal from DMX to led strip pixel adressable. Need to integrate RGB and RGBW pixel in various protocol, with clock or only data. Only one data signal needed (170 rgb pixel or 128 rgbw pixel to complete universe) -Possibilities to set start adress -Possibilities to control multiple pixel as one pixel (grouping for have total of 2x or 3x o 4x pixel controlled) -Setting IC ,Address and Grouping by dipswitch or other way accepted (also usb serial with proprietary software) -ALL SETTINGS NEED ALSO TO BE SETTED BY RDM -Usb or serial connector for upload firmware We are open to every system from arduino to anything. Hello, I can design a DMX to addressable LED pixel controller including both hardware and firmware development. The board will support RGB and RGBW pixel strips with different protocols such as WS2812, SK6812, and clock-based LEDs. It will support one DMX universe (170 RGB pixels or 128 RGBW pixels) with a single data output. Start address, IC selection, and pixel grouping (2x, 3x, 4x) can be configured using DIP switches, USB serial software, or RDM. All configuration parameters will also be fully controllable through RDM commands. I will also design the second variant with PWM RGBW outputs with the same addressing and RDM features. You will receive schematics, PCB layout, BOM for JLCPCB assembly, and the complete EasyEDA project files. PWM RGBW equals: one pixel controller + one PWM LED dimmer. Lifespan of DMX Pixel Nodes: Stage lighting 10+ years. Architectural lighting 5-10 years. DMX won't disappear from the lighting industry anytime soon. The European lighting industry remains DMX-centric. Many people use Arduino + DMX library, but the problems are: RDM instability, pixel timing issues, and poor industrial reliability. If this project is directly implemented as an MCU solution, at least four modules need to be developed: DMX parser, pixel engine, configuration system RDM + DIP + USB. The real difficulty isn't RDM or DMX, but the pixel timing issue; many engineers fail 100% of the time at this point (especially with STM32/Arduino implementations). Currently, large-scale systems use Ethernet Lighting Networks (Art-Net, protocol, Art-Net DMX over Ethernet, sACN (E1.31), KiNet, etc.). An even more interesting fact is that many Chinese LED controller manufacturers have completely skipped DMX and are directly developing Art-Net → Pixel controllers. Furthermore, Chinese LED control systems have developed an architecture entirely different from that of European and American lighting systems.
