A compact control board will sequence four 5 – 12 V DC motors from an on-board ESP32. All commands and feedback will move through the ESP32’s UART pins, so routing must keep those traces clean and short. The same board also has to drive a PTC heater and a Peltier module in both directions. I want you to combine low-side MOSFETs with suitable relays so the heater can be toggled and the Peltier can swap polarity safely, without overstressing the ESP32’s GPIOs. Thermal, motor and logic supplies will share a common ground; please separate the high-current paths and give ample copper for the heater legs. Add test points for motor lines, 3.3 V rail and the two thermal outputs so I can probe them easily during bring-up. Preferred tools are KiCad or Altium, whichever you are fastest with, and the finished design has to fit within 80 × 60 mm. The circuit must trigger from an ultrasonic sensor to initiate the entire module.
