I need a wrist-worn health tracker built specifically for strength training. The core feature is automatic detection and counting of each rep, set and the exact weight lifted for every exercise I perform. During a workout the device should capture those three data points reliably, store them locally, then sync to a mobile app or cloud dashboard where I can review a complete workout history later. Beyond the rep-and-weight capture, I also want simple session logging so I can scroll back through past workouts, filter by exercise, and chart progress over time. Heart-rate or step tracking could be nice add-ons, but they are not critical right now; accuracy for reps, sets, and weights is the priority.
