Hello, I have experience with residential foundation design, including raft foundations on cohesive soils where bearing pressure, differential settlement, punching shear, bending, and soil-structure interaction need to be checked carefully. I am a good fit because I can develop a clear calculation package based on the actual building loads, raft geometry, and geotechnical parameters rather than using generic assumptions. I will calculate the applied dead/live loads, soil pressures, settlement, raft thickness, reinforcement demand, punching/shear capacity, and edge/interior strip actions using the applicable structural code. I do not personally hold the required local engineering license, but I work with actively licensed structural engineers who can review and provide signed/sealed calculations where required. Final delivery can include the calculation report, reinforcement recommendations, foundation plan/details, and revisions based on the geotechnical information or authority comments.
