I need to check a structural analysis and detailing for a low rise residential development inclusive of swimming pools. There are 3 variations of the designs. Basing on BS / EC2&EC8, i am looking for someone to urgently look at the structural analysis and detailing (from the drawings and schedules provided by the designer). I am looking at potential of reducing structural detailing cost, and being residential units, reasonable reinforced concrete specs. AutoCAD drawings and pdfs are available. A seismic analysis check is also required given the seismic activity of the region of proposed construction. I am looking at a time-frame of about a week. As output, report of any issues with current design works, value engineering considerations and alternative detailed designs suggested as appropriate. Further requirements may base on the designer's information provided. Access to the drawings can be provided via DropBox on non-disclosure agreement.
