PHP Script needed to transform lead sources from ADF format to Infusionsoft

I am looking for a bid on a php script to pull a feed and use curl. leads are coming from ca[[login to view URL]][1], and [[login to view URL]][2]., ebay, craigslist, and other advertising sources. The leads are currently sent directly into an auto industry specific CRM. It is in adf format and something about xml. We just need to have a script written that will take the data from these leadsources and auto submit a web form to avoid exporting & importing into Infusionsoft.
