Objective:
Our primary objective is to identify an engineering team with proven experience and a track record in the design, development, and implementation of CNC machines tailored to our specialized woodworking needs. Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will lead the conceptualization, design, and development of CNC machines, (with the prototype to be built and developed locally in the Dominican Republic). They will collaborate closely with our local engineers and machine shops virtually, overseeing the development and construction of the prototype until it is fully operational. Utilizing advanced software, the team will create detailed mechanical designs and simulations, developing innovative solutions that enhance precision, speed, and versatility in furniture manufacturing. Ensuring seamless integration of mechanical and electronic components, they will optimize machine performance using advanced motion control systems and tooling technologies. Rigorous testing and validation of designs will be conducted to meet our high standards and specifications.
We are seeking candidates with proven experience in designing and developing CNC machines or similar automated systems. Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical simulation tools, along with a strong understanding of CNC programming, machining processes, and woodworking applications, is essential.
