I have this simple excel spreadsheet.

is there an easier method to doing things?
i want to be able to go to the column...
select "collected" or "paid" without having to use the sum formula "=sum(x,x,x,x,x,x)
i want to make it as friendly as possible.
if there's a way to make the user login and perform this. it might be easier.
sheet 4/9 is all i am looking at.
