I need a pneumatics expert

I am looking for a pneumatics expert for the drawing of a pneumatic circuit.

The pneumatic piston has to raise the "A" part with a switch so that the piston works in two different modes. The first is full mode with a stroke end switch "B". The second mode has to send enough air pressure so that "A" falls down in a very light way. "A" weighs about 20 kilos and I have to bring the weight to about 2 kilos when it goes down (there are different cilinders with different diameters so I can't use a stroke end switch here).
