simple gizmo: it has two copper wires coming out of it, the wires are in water, the gizmo is outside water. as long as the wires are in water, things are fine, but once the water is gone, ie once the circuit is broken , an alarm must sound (like a kitchen fire alarm kind of sound). I need the full circuit and parts list (off ebay or something) and instructions on how to make it. NO BIDS FROM INDIA. budget $30 (this is not exactly the space shuttle, guys)
