I need to create simple 3-button remote withe the receiver (same chip used).

I am in a hurry. Please write for more info.

For the sake of clarity: in order to write the firmaware, you need the SDK. You have 2 options:

1) "KEIL C51 Compiler" and official Nordic SDK

2) Free SDK and free compiler SDCC:
https://github.com/derekstavis/nrf24le1-sdk
