Let’s collect some ideas:
1 Only 5% of the charts will show “all” projects. In the “real” database there are projects closed in 2015. There is actuallay no need to see them in the charts.
2 We have to filter the procects for the charts
3 The charts should be produced 100% by MS-Access . Definetly no third party tools! No Pivot Object, because it runs only in Office 2010
4 The user should be able to print the chart
5 For some charts we can discuss: better to export the data to excel an show the charts there.
6 Color: If possible we should show the same color for the same data-type
Example: “Cost” is Red, Earnings are Green and Total is blue
