Small cabinet + stand construction

My name is Michael Whitaker, the electrical engineer at Waterwerx Pty Ltd. Waterwerx is in the process of developing and field trialling a fully automated control system for waste water treatment in the meat and food processing industries. This system, of which an early design is shown in the provided images, makes use of an industrial PC, a flow meter, several sensors integrated into a controller, and some other peripheral devices such as a cellular gateway, camera, air pressure switch, solenoid, and emergency stop button etc. to provide feedback for control, and make use of our cloud server to integrate into the IoT field, and to provide ongoing optimisation. The current electrical drawings and stand schematics are provided, which will be subject to change to provide the most cost effective design. All electrical components, sensors and devices will be provided for completion of the project.

Would ideally prefer a freelancer local to Melbourne who can construct the design in our warehouse in Braeside using our stocked components. This project will have continuous ongoing deployments ~2-4 per month requiring fabrication.
